We recently completed a satisfying project for a Beauty and Cosmetics customer who wanted to get creative with their packaging—and we’re excited to share the process with you!

Product: Shampoo & Conditioner
The idea: The customer envisioned a carrier for their shampoo and conditioner set that would be like a drink carrier carton.
The requirements:
- Hold the weight of two 16 oz bottles
- The logo on the bottles had to be visible while inside the carton
- A handle for easy carrying
Design challenges: We realized while designing that a “drink carrier” as described would pose a challenge—to prevent tampering, an open container would require shrink wrap around the entire package. This would mess with the simple, convenient aesthetic the customer desired.
The solution: Our design team thought creatively and came up with a solution that hit all the marks requested by the customer while going beyond with a convenient, elegant design. The final design safely encloses the product within the carrier, while displaying the bottle design and logo with a window. It includes a handle that supports the weight of the bottles, as well as a branded design featuring a Soft Touch finish and Spot UV coating.
